Rancang Bangun Cement Dust Collector system dan Maintenance Cement (MAC) Palletizer 67B-PA2

Abstract

Abstrak

Debu merupakan salah satu masalah krusial pada perusahaan semen, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. Salah satu area penghasil debu terbanyak dalam perusahaan ini adalah Palletizer 67B-PA2. Pada area tersebut ditemukan banyak permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh debu sehingga durasi downtime tinggi sebesar 3074,65 jam dalam bulan Januari-Oktober tahun 2022. Hal ini berdampak pada persentase produksi sehingga kerugian yang ditimbulkan sangat besar. Salah satu masalah akibat debu adalah chain drive roller cones yang sering mengalami broken off. Masalah Iainnya seperti roller patah, sprocket putus, dan blocking. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang diakibatkan oleh debu tersebut, dibutuhkan dust collector system untuk meningkatkan produktivitas semen. Dust collector system merupakan suatu equipment yang digunakan untuk menyaring udara dari luar. Salah satu dust collector system yang digunakan pada PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. Plant Cilacap adalah bag filter. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa masalah dan rancang bangun. Dari hasil pemasangan bag filter, lingkungan pada Palletizer 67B-PA2 menjadi bersih dan permasalahan pada area Palletizer yang disebabkan oleh debu berkurang dilihat dari menurunnya durasi downtime Palletizer 67B-PA2 sebesar 33%.

Abstract

Dust is one of the crucial problems in cement company, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. One of the most dust-producing areas in this company is the 67B-PA2 Palletizer. In this area, many problems were found caused by dust so that the duration of downtime was high at 3074.65 hours in January-October 2022. One of the problems caused by dust is that the chain drive roller cones are broken off. Another problems like roller broken, sprocket broken, etc. To solve this problem causes dust, a dust collector system is needed to increase cement productivity. Dust collector system is an equipment used to filter air from outside. One of the dust collector systems used at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. Plant Cilacap is a bag filter. The method used is problem analysis and design. From the results of bag filter installation, the environment on the 67B-PA2 Palletizer becomes clean and problems in the Palletizer area caused by dust are reduced as seen from the decrease in the duration of downtime of the 67B-PA2 Palletizer by 33%.
