Pengujian Aplikasi PNJ Bergerak Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale dan Net Promoter Score

Abstract

Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) memiliki Departemen Sosma, yang memiliki tugas melakukan pelayanan, advokasi dan kesejahteraan mahasiswa. Untuk membangun rasa kepedulian dan empati pada kalangan mahasiswa terhadap sesama mahasiswa. Departemen Sosma menginisiasi program crow funding untuk tiga kondisi, yaitu bencana alam, kesehatan, dan berita duka. Penggalangan dana dan pelaporan penyaluran dana masih dilakukan secara manual. Informasi mengenai adanya kondisi duka yang perlu penggalangan dana juga masih dilakukan melalui percakapan (chat) dengan nara hubung, sehingga tidak efektif dalam penyampaian informasi dan transparansi pelaporan. Aplikasi PNJ Bergerak dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi donasi dan penggalangan dana untuk kampanye program dan kegiatan sosial khususnya di dalam lingkungan kampus Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Dalam pengembangan Aplikasi PNJ Bergerak digunakan dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) berbasis android menggunakan Bahasa Flutter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujikan usability dari Aplikasi PNJ Bergerak menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan tingkat promosi dari pengguna ke pengguna lain menggunakan metode Net Promoter Score (NPS). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap delapan responden, diperoleh skor System Usability Scale sebesar 79,61 yang berarti aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sementara skor NPS adalah 62% yang termasuk aplikasi kategori Leader.
