Abstract

Kajian studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif atas penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan terkait dengan tata kelola penjaminan mutu dan kinerja institusi pendidikan, mengidentifikasi gap dalam literatur, dan memberikan arah penelitian ke depan agar tercapai pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait hubungan antara tata kelola penjaminan mutu dan kinerja. Kajian literatur dilakukan terhadap penelitian terdahulu baik yang menggunakan pendekatan positivisme maupun pendekatan interpretatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ke depan, diperlukan penelitian empiris untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita atas dampak tata kelola penjaminan mutu terhadap kinerja institusi pendidikan vokasi.
