Analisis Pengaruh Keamanan Dan Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Cardless Withdrawal BSI

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence security and risk have on the decision to use Bank Syariah Indonesia's Cardless Withdrawal service. This study used quantitative methods with. multiple linear regression analysis to measure the presence or absence of positive or negative influence of security variables and risk on decision variables using Cardless Withdrawal. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach with a total of 100 user respondents. The results of this study show that security and risk have a significant effect on the decision to use Cardless Withdrawal. Based on this research, Bank Syariah Indonesia is expected to be able to provide equitable socialization to customers related to the features used to provide security, risk, comfort and convenience when transacting so that customer customers can use these services comfortably and safely.
