Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Provinsi Bali Periode 2019-2021

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of the Bali Provincial Government before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial performance is measured using the ratio analysis of Independence, Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Activity. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with the research object being the report on the realization of the Bali Province budget from 2019 to 2021. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The data used is secondary data, namely the Bali Province Budget Realization Report. The results of the study show that the performance of the Province of Bali for the 2019-2021 fiscal year with an analysis of the independence ratio has a delegative relationship pattern. Effectiveness ratio obtains effective criteria. Efficiency ratio to get the criterion results quite efficient. The ratio of activity results in operational expenditure greater than capital expenditure.
