PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARI’AH DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MENABUNG DI BANK SYARIAH
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy and emotional intelligence on saving decisions customers at bank syariah. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis using the software SPSS version 22. Object used was bank syariah customers who are domiciled in Jakarta and have studied Islamic economics. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables Islamic financial literacy and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on the saving decisions customers at bank syariah partially and simultaneously.
