Abstract

Bank has taken significant steps to enhance its services to customers by adding various financial services, such as online or digital financial services. Nowadays, the community more frequently utilizes online or digital financial services, prompting the bank to adapt to this new trend by transitioning to online financial services. One of the initiatives is the launch of a digital banking application, like the JakOne Mobile application introduced by Bank DKI. The JakOne Mobile service application was released in 2017 by Bank DKI to facilitate customers in conducting online or digital financial transactions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge level and payment convenience on the decision to use JakOne Mobile of Bank DKI among recipients of KJP Plus and KJMU in the DKI Jakarta area. A quantitative method approach was employed by conducting a survey to test hypotheses. The survey involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are recipients of KJP Plus and KJMU, using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 was utilized. The results showed that the knowledge level and payment convenience have a positive and significant impact on the decision to use JakOne Mobile. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use JakOne Mobile.
