Abstract

The Edupay BSI product is generally used to facilitate school payments. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors influencing knowledge, trust, and religiosity towards the interest in using Edupay BSI, with a case study on SMK Link And Match. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 respondents, collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling technique from the population of SMK Link And Match students. The analysis technique employed includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS 25.0 statistical software. The results of this research prove that knowledge and religiosity variables have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using Edupay BSI, individually. However, the trust variable does not affect the interest in using Edupay BSI. Nevertheless, collectively, knowledge, trust, and religiosity variables significantly influence the interest in using Edupay BSI. This research has limitations and shortcomings based on previous studies. Nonetheless, it is hoped that this research contributes and benefits the relevant parties. For future researchers, this study can serve as a reference for further research, including additional factors such as the influence of service and reputation on interest. For schools and BSI, the findings of this research can be valuable input in developing Edupay BSI products with a focus on knowledge, trust, and religiosity to enhance student interest.
