PENGARUH FINANCIAL LITERACY DAN FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR PADA GENERASI MILENIAL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI WELMA MYBCA

The convenience of technology allows everyone to invest anytime and anywhere. BCA launched the WELMA feature on the MyBCA application where customers can make investment transactions. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior on investment decisions at WELMA MyBCA. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique. A total of 100 respondents, namely Bank BCA customers who use the WELMA feature and are millennials who live on the island of Java. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26.0. The results of the study show that Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions at WELMA MyBCA. The more one understands investment and is supported by good behavior in managing finances, the more one can make investment decisions on WELMA MyBCA.
