Abstract

This research is motivated by the significant potential for the expansion of Islamic digital banks in the future. This is due to the large potential of muslim customers in Indonesia, as well as support from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regarding digital banking transformation and the strengthening of the Islamic economy. Customers are the main source of income and the key to a bank's success. This research is to analyze the factors that influence people's decision to become customers of Islamic digital banks, which are perceived benefits, perceived security, and perceived ease of use. This research is quantitative associative using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Primary data collected from the questionnaires using a purposive random sampling method. The sample was 100 customers of Islamic digital banks in the Jabodetabek area. The results prove that perceived security and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant partial influence on the decision to become customers of Islamic digital banks, while perceived benefits do not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, these factors have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become customers of Islamic digital banks. This research contributes to the understanding of those who need it and serves as a reference for improving services and evaluating the performance of Islamic digital banks. Furthermore, it is suggested that future researchers to add other variables and a more comprehensive respondent profile.
