STRATEGI MANAJEMEN DAN PENGELOLAAN FUNGSI MASJID DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI UMAT (STUDI PADA MASJID CUT MEUTIA)

Abstract

Based on the Mosque-based Economic Data Waqf created by the Islamic Economics Student Organization, namely FoSSEI (Islamic Economic Study Gathering Forum) in the form of Proceedings shows that out of 1,217 mosques spread across 29 Provinces, the most activity in empowering the people's economy is the implementation of marriage contract activities of ( 60.97%), then followed by distribution and social activities with a percentage of (46.57%) of the total sample that has been obtained. Apart from that, community economic empowerment activities have the potential to increase products from the community which are still relatively small, such as bazaars, bazaars, wedding receptions, lodging, entrepreneurship training, shops, and savings and loan cooperatives/BMT each with a percentage of 4-15%. This study aims to obtain answers about how the management strategy and the management and economic empowerment of the people by the Cut Meutia Mosque. The design of this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research uses field research by visualizing and describing the phenomena that occur in the field. The data sources for this research were primary and secondary data obtained from interviews, as well as mosque documents using the SWOT analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the Cut Meutia Mosque has implemented a management strategy and management of mosque functions very well in empowering the people's economy.
