Abstract

The development of sharia digital banks in Indonesia is considered to have not received maximum results. This is proven by the number of generation z who use digital banks is only 10% of the total generation z in Indonesia and the number of sharia digital bank users is still smaller than conventional digital bank users. This research aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and religiosity on decisions to use sharia digital banks using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The data used is primary data obtained from 120 respondents collected using an online questionnaire. The population in this research is generation z users of sharia digital banks and the determination of samples using a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SMARTPLS 3.0 statistical software. The results of this research prove that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on decisions to use sharia digital banks and perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on decisions to use sharia digital banks. Other results prove that religiosity has a negative and insignificant influence on the decision to use sharia digital banks. This research is expected to be useful as an additional reference for sharia digital banks in determining strategies to increase the number of sharia digital bank customers.
