Abstract

The increasing demand for ease and convenience of transactions, the banking industry is now striving to improve their mobile transaction capabilities. Currently, banks are already utilizing technology very well. This study aims to examine the effect of effectiveness, convenience and security on customer satisfaction in transactions using Quick Responses Indonesian Standard (QRIS) at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The benefit of this research is that it can be used as a basis for reference by BSI in order to improve the quality of QRIS services and make people have insight into the quality of BSI QRIS services. Sampling was done with purposive sampling technique. This research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 134 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the convenience and security variables affect customer satisfaction in transactions using QRIS at BSI, while the effectiveness variable has no effect on customer satisfaction in transactions using QRIS, but simultaneously the effectiveness, convenience and security variables affect customer satisfaction in transactions using QRIS at BSI. In connection with this, this research can be taken into consideration to continue to develop the BSI QRIS payment system and improve the quality of services.
