In order to improve services and also face competition in the banking world, CIMB Niaga has created a branch office facility using leading technology called Digital Lounge. Digital Lounge is a digital branch office located in a mall and office area that is easily accessible by consumers in between daily activities. In addition, the Digital Lounge is also equipped with a Self Service Banking (SSB) machine that can open a savings account faster. This study aims to determine the influence of location factors and SSB machine processes on the decision to open a savings account at CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge. This study used primary data obtained from questionnaires through goolgle form with purposive sampling techniques to 100 respondents. This research was conducted on CIMB Niaga customers in DKI Jakarta who opened a savings account at Digital Lounge Pondok Indah Mall 2. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS application version 26.0. The results of this study show that the location and process of the SSB machine partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to open a savings account at the Digital Lounge.
