PENGUKURAN EFEKTIVITAS TERHADAP PROSEDUR PENGELOLAAN PADA PT TEKNO MEDICALOGY INDONESIA

Abstract

PT Tekno Medicalogy Indonesia is a medical device distributor company which in its financial management also holds petty cash funds. Petty cash is a fund that can be used for company operations with a relatively small nominal. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out how the procedures applied at PT Tekno Medicalogy Indonesia, measure the effectiveness of the procedures, and find out the obstacles that occur. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that the petty cash management procedure uses the fluctuation method which consists of 5 stages, but there are several things that are considered less effective, especially when recording petty cash transactions.
