This study aims to answer what and how the implementation of cash sales accounting system through Multi-Level Marketing at PT Shannen Global Indonesia. Every company that implements a Multi-Level Marketing system needs an effective system to manage company finances. It is expected that by implementing an effective system, the company can manage sales and delivery transactions of products, as well as calculate the bonuses that will be received by each member who joins. In addition, the company can also increase profits or greater profits. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods that aim to provide an overview of the object of research against existing facts and clarify the data collected so that appropriate conclusions can be drawn. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study show that PT Shannen Global Indonesia in implementing a sales system through Multi-Level Marketing has not been effective. There are still some things to improve in improving the effectiveness of the system. As a suggestion, PT Shannen Global Indonesia should improve the effectiveness of the system and maintain sponsorship bonuses to maintain the satisfaction of members who join.
