Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Toleransi Risiko, Persepsi Kemudahan terhadap Minat Investasi saham IPO dengan sistem e-IPO

Abstract

The development of investment in the capital market has increased, especially in Jabodetabek with the number of investors dominating. But the development was more dominated by investment in the secondary market than in the primary market. The presence of the e-IPO system in early 2021 led to increase the amount of capital invested in the primary market. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of financial literacy, risk tolerance and perception of ease on investment interest with e-IPO system on IPO shares with case studies on Jabodetabek investors. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS program. This study uses questionnaire data that has been filled by 153 respondents who are investors domiciled in Jabodetabek. The results showed that financial literacy, risk tolerance and perception of ease have a positive and significant effect on investment interest in IPO shares with e-IPO system by Jabodetabek investors.
